Best week of vacation ever.

Sail Date: December 01, 2012

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

We loved the ship. It was beautiful and had lots of busy\, noisy spots but also lots of quiet\, uncrowded places where you could relax and read. We especially loved the deck chairs on the sides of Deck 3 - often had the deck to ourselves and could read\, out of the sun\, and be close to the water.

Pros: Relaxing with family in the quieter spots on the ship\, and eating together each night in dining room.

Cons: St. Thomas and Nassau - didn't have great experiences in these ports.

Recommends Carnival Freedom? Yes!

Tons to do. We enjoyed the talent show\, marriage game\, Beatles show\, etc.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Two of our party eat gluten-free and dining room staff were amazingly helpful. As soon as we sat down the first night\, we had someone at our table discussing the food options.
Cabin / Stateroom
We chose interior rooms for price and found them to be great. They were always clean\, had plenty of storage space and we find we didn't really miss a window or balcony because we were hardly ever there. One nice perk is having a dark room for sleeping.
Service and Staff
Every single staff person we encountered was polite\, helpful and very hardworking.
