Their food is ok, but they should provide more varieties. norwegian and royal Caribbean did a lot better on food varieties. Their cabins are the best. Rooms (we had balcony) are bigger, beds are comfortable, well maintained, and super clean. their customer service is poor. Some guys at information center (or customer service) on deck 3 are not much of help. Some didn't even look into your eyes when answering questions and the answers given were mostly not clear. Their evening shows are ok, but their dancers were the best compared to other cruises we took. embarkation/debarkation are well organized and efficient. it took us about 20 min on both.

I give it poor rating only because some guys at information center (or customer service) on deck 3 are not providing the services expected.
