Overall Carnival Freedom staff was a good experience. What needs improvement subcontractor that you have when we get off shore for entertainment. If you se up a time schedule we shouldn't have to wait for other people that are running late. We waited 45 min's because we had a group of young kids.
The young group was 45 minutes late so this caused us to delay 45 minutes of site seeing we could have saw. The tickets stated on there to be on the shore a half hour before scheduled time. We losted a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes.I work very hard for my money and it would have been cheaper if I would have just went with the people that stand of the shore waiting for our business!
