Terrible service in the dining room. Was assigned open seating. Requested early sitting never happened. Refrigerator was bad needed to store medical supplies had to beg for another refrigerator. 10:00 PM they had to send ice from the bar. Insult to injury I was charged for the ice. As refrigerator was warm needed ice to keep medical supplies cold. As it was Lost cell phone returned 12 hours latter after attempted use of the crew. Been on Carnival at lease 12-14 times this is my last cruiser with. No made any attempt to make the issues right. Seemed they just didn't care.
