Review summary

The ship was beautiful but the processing to get on the ship took longer than our flight from Atlanta to Ft. Lauderdale and it was hot standing outside in a line. It seems with the age of technology, this could be done a lot quicker, easier, and more efficiently. The same at ports of call. A mess getting off and back on the ship. Took time away from the ports of call. The dining room food was average at best. Not typical menu for a first class ship. That was disappointing. Entertainment was good but way too crowded--you get 3500 people on a boat and that's way too many. Next time look for a ship with about half that many.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Portions were small and the variety was not up to par for a cruise ship. I can get the same kind of food at our local restaurants. We ate at the Bistro as we had more choices.

Ship Quality

All Ships and cruises should be non-smoking. It was so smokey in the casino, we didn't spend much time there at all. Also, it is annoying to be out by the pool and someone blowing smoke your way!

Cabin / Stateroom

Suggest a balcony. Was pleasantly surprised at the roominess we had with the balcony stateroom!

Pros: The ship was fine; modern; a lot of amenities

Cons: Waiting in lines to get on and off ship. Wasted too much vacation and port time!
