Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Carnival is miles behind other cruise companies in this area. The buffet did not offer much variety and the food that was offered was often very bland. The dining room left little to be desired as well. If it's good food you are seeking, do not choose this ship.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The shows were good overall, but needed a little variety. Most were just the song and dance routine.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My son really enjoyed all that was offered.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Nice staff. Seemed willing to please customers.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It had a few challenges getting from one place to another. But overall, it was quite easy once learned. The ship was very clean and very modern.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
A bit more roomy than others I've experienced, nice restroom, plenty of storage.

Ports of call

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

We did the Dunns River falls climb which was a tough and dangerous adventure. The town's people were very pushy and rude at times.

Key West, Florida

5 out of 5
Margaritaville was great. We also did a glass-bottom boat tour that was great.

George Town, Grand Cayman

5 out of 5
We visited the turtle farm, that was nice.

Pros: Key West & Grand Cayman

Cons: Carnival's food program
