Review summary

The FREEDOM was clean and well maintained. Finding our way around only took a day or two. Staff was very helpful, professional and eager to meet passengers needs.

Our dining experience was awesome. We used the flex dining option and found that worked well with our mix of young and older family members. The food was tasty and our waitress was super! The buffet had a large variety of foods and was a convenient optional choice .

There could be more choices for entertainment but we felt it was adequate.

Everyone we came in contact with were friendly and eager to help in anyway.

The size, decor and condition was very good. Unfortunately our room had a strong smell of smoke and being non-smokers this was a problem. Housekeeping sent in a team and did an "ozone treatment" and the smell of smoke was tolerable.

Ports of call

Key West, Florida

We opted for a glass bottom coral reef excursion. It was OK but next time I would like to see more of Key West and not use all the time on an excursion.

George Town, Grand Cayman

We took the Grand Tour and really enjoyed the motor coach tour around the island, seeing the sights and making a few stops. The stop in Hell was a bit rinky-dink but other than that the tour was good, especially the turtle farm. Our driver was informative and friendly.

We spent our time at the beach which was within walking distance, not crowded, inexpensive and beautiful.
