Freedom needs to make some changes

Sail Date: February 01, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We have been on several cruises (over 15) and have always had wonderful experiences with Carninval Ships, but we were very disappointed with Freedom. There is an obvious lack of staff for such a large ship. On Lido deck (casual dining) there was always numerous tables that needed to have the dirty dishes removed, the food stations were littered with spilled food & there weren't any staff available to assist passengers with their trays.

Pros: Dining room staff, cabin steward

Cons: Dining room menu

Recommends Carnival Freedom? No.
