Although this is a new ship, this ship has a serious problem with seas that are rather calm; such as the constant rolling and porposing. Our cabin located on the 6th floor in the aft section was absolutely the worst we have incurred. This was due to the engine vibrations and the loud music coming from their nightely entertainment below decks. This was due to the poor floor and wall insulation.
I would not recommend this ship to anyone.
The disembarking was the worst organized chaos we have encountered in all our cruises on different ships. Note - if you have a connecting airline flight make sure you book this flight for late afternoon. It tooks us approximately 2 hours to get off the ship with standing in long lines throughout this ordeal.

Pros: New Ship

Cons: Food, liquor prices, stateroom noise, disembarking nightmare

Recommends Carnival Freedom? No.
