Review summary
01/08/2008 We recently returned from a relaxing cruise on Carnival's newest ship, Freedom of the Seas. If you're looking for good value for your money and several days of relaxation at sea.. then this is your ship. The 7 day cruise is in Port for 2.5 days and at sea the remainder of the time. We highly recommend you book excursions and dinner at the upgrade SunKing Restaurant prior to the cruise. We didn't do this and as a result, we didn't get the excursions we wanted or an opportunity to dine in SunKing. We recommend staying in a balcony stateroom if you want to quietly relax without a crowd. With so much to do on board, you can choose to be as busy or as relaxed as you want! Enjoy your cruise and the Freedom to choose!Ports of call
Pros: Brand New Ship
Cons: Overcrowded Pool & Sundeck
