Review summary

Staff was not friendly except for cabin steward. Buffet food was not good and very limited selections especially for children. Was forced to eat in Dining area since casual dining was very disorganized and food was NOT good. Camp Carnival staff was not friendly, used movies as babysitting all night, did not know and/or follow the activity schedule. Sent my child to our cabin while we were off-shore at night in San Juan when I specifically said we would be off-shore and he would be staying past 10pm! Staff did not show up for numerous scheduled activities ie bean bag toss, water wars etc. Carnival Shows were very loud and screaming singers. Comedian was very funny and Motown Singer was great, but would not recommend the other entertainment.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

We arrived around 5pm and most of the stores close by 6pm. Therefore, it did not leave any time for shopping in the chain stores it just left the street vendors. San Juan was very dirty, had panhandles constantly asking for money, and did not feel safe to walk around. I would not recommend this as a port to stop at especially at night time.
Don't Miss: NOTHING

Another beautiful island. We all went on the shipwreck cove snorkling adventure. This was great for all ages as well. Very calm water, fed fish, saw ship wrecks and then enjoyed beverages and sailing on ocean. Spent morning snorkling, went back to ship for lunch since you were right by dock and then took water taxi to beach.
Don't Miss: Shipwreck Cove Snorkling and Beach

Beautiful Island. The parasailing is a must. We had a group of 10 ppl and they were able to accomodate all of us on 1 boat. Great for all ages 5 and up. Very smooth ride, awsome view and we all had a wonderful time (even the people who were afraid of heights and do not ride amusement rides absolutely loved it).
