Not impressed with Carnival Freedom

Sail Date: October 01, 2009

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Our TV in our stateroom stopped working after the second day. After repeated trips to guest services and promises of it being fixed. It never did work. We were given a reference number and told to call Carnival when we got off the ship as they never resolved the problem.
We also booked our wedding through Carnival and it was a nightmare to say the least. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE BOOK A WEDDING VIA CARNIVAL.

Pros: Grand Cayman

Cons: Guest Services

Recommends Carnival Freedom? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
TV not working
Service and Staff
Guest Services did not care about our TV not working. We just wanted to stay in and watch a movie a few nights on our honeymoon! IT sucked.
Ship Quality
