Review summary
We sailed on the Freedom-- the last cruise before sailing to the Med Sea. It is a beautiful ship, the shows were wonderful! At all costs however avoid leaving out of Miami. The Carnival staff there is for the most part rude and they are never wrong. YOU are! AND that was the most unorganized crew we've seen. We were told we would board at 11:30 and more than an hour went by before we were allowed to board. When asked why Carnival staff did not know and gave several answers. Again they were very rude! The port workers are uninformed. Back to the ship---any cruise that includes Half Moon Cay or Grand Turk is already a great cruise, and this one did. San Juan was wonderful too! St Thomas a disappointment.Ship experiences
