Review summary

We booked everything through , even our airfare, but our flight got cancelled and nobody would help us. Even though Carnival's flight department chose our flight, they were no help. They told us we either catch up with the ship at our first port of call or too bad. would do nothing and neither would US Airways. We incurred over $500 trying to catch up with the ship because the flight they booked us on got cancelled. Once we got on the ship the service was terrible. This vacation and how we were treated after the fact was terrible. Go Royal Carribean. They take care of their customers!!

Pros: Piano Bar - Ron Pass Rocks!!

Cons: Service, how we were treated, how Carnival handled our situation, couldn't get a chair by the pool, food wasn't great, etc.

Recommends Carnival Freedom? No.
