We have a good time, the crew was fantastic, the food was amaizing and the hamberguers and fryes delicious, I miss it already, the restaurants excelents, thanks for gave us a fantastic time

My experience was pretty good. The menu and food does need some enhancements. My family was very disappointed in the menu at the restaurant and often rushed to eat at the buffet instead. The entertainment crew is absolutely wonderful! My children enjoyed the kids club. The ports of call had interesting things to do.

This was an amazing cruise love every minute of it

This was the first time we cruised with a group and it was awesome. I really appreciated the organization of the disembarkation. It was so much better than past cruises. The food choices could have been better.

Cruise was good. Would do it again. Staff is friendly and helpful. When we went to the Islands people were nice. Not all over you to buy. This is important we feel safe with family.

Staff was rude. Ship outdated and dirty. Carnivals policies and rules only apply to those they want to force to follow

Overall everything was good thanks specially to your housekeeping and the kitchen staffs

The cruise director MarQ was so funny. I enjoyed just seeing him on stage. The show dancers/singers did a great job with the Motor City and Divas shows. We also especially enjoyed the comedians Reno Collier and Manny Oliveira at both the adult and family friendly shows.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The ports were fantastic. The Fascination is a smaller ship, so our cabin was a lot smaller than previous cruises for the same type of oceanview cabin. Being a smaller ship there was only one main dining area (Lido), and depending on which side of the ship your cabin is in you had to walk a long way, but to get off at the different ports we were in the front of the ship, so all we had to do was go straight down. Taking the stairs was always much quicker than the elevators.

7 day Caribbean Cruise departing from San Juan with our family of 4. Daughters 16 and 18. There was good food, but it could have been better. The service however was excellent. A few of the destinations were disappointing. Antigua for the local sales pressure and St. Maarten for the devastation to the island that experienced that basically destroyed much of the island.

Excellent service. I like the food. Chaiyo the room service excellent person and service. The mozos in the restaurant are very servicial and excellent Clara and her assistants are very excellent.

Excellent service by wait staff and room service went above and beyond there duty.

The ship needs to be remodeled and maintained better. The days at sea were OKay. They could have been much better if we could have gotten away from the smell of sewage.

Our Carnival experience was less customer-friendly than Celebrity, Princess, and Cunard. Service personnel tried to provide assistance, and did a fine job of that, but the cruise didn't measure up to other experiences we have had. We did, however, enjoy the face that we stopped at FIVE islands in a week. Awesome!

The Caribbean island we visit were very nice and my family enjoyed it but carnival fascination we didn’t. The embarkation & debarkation was great short & quick. Our room is very small for 3 people, the 3rd bed is very lumpy & thin that your bone can feel the spring poking on you. The bathroom doesn’t have enough shelves for personal stuff. The closet doesn’t have enough shelves to store clothes. The most most important is the bathroom. It was nasty with urine smell and it was like this for 2 days because they try to clean too many times but unable to get the urine smell till the 3rd day but still has funny smell. Very disappointed
