Review summary

Cruise was great. We enjoyed the smaller ship with the recent updates. We loved the itinerary. Breakfast options were a little limited and we missed seaday brunch since we had no seadays.

Went to Megan's bay. It was beautiful! We were the only ship in port and didn't have to rent chairs/umbrellas. Water was perfect!

Did the Middleham Falls hike excursion thru Carnival, very pretty. The views for the hike and waterfall were amazing but the hike was a bit exhausting.

This is my new favorite beach! Went to harbor lights. $5 per person cab ride each way and $20 pp at harbor lights. This included chairs/umbrellas and 1hr turtle and shipwreck tour. The water was clear and beach was clean. There's showers for rinsing off and restrooms on site.

We did an excursion tour thru Gemxursions tours. Great value. We saw banana plantations, Pitons, did a mud bath, visited a waterfall and had lunch provided. Some went back to the ship after all that and a few of us chose to continue the tour to the beach. We could've skipped the beach... water was rough and not very clean.

We went to Palm Court Gardens and got our tickets thru viator. It was $12 to enter which included pool access and lounger/umbrella rental. Drinks were inexpensive and food and wifi are available. Great views!! No beach access which was ok with us.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

St Maarten continues to recover but still a good port. We did the flying dutchman and loved it!! Booked on their website and took a cab over.
