Customer service desk too busy

On the Cruise ship, the Service desk was overwhelmed with guests needing help. Huges lines!

When I tried to call, they would hangup the phone when they are too busy.

Canival needs to fix this issue.  Also, alot of the cruise entertainment was pretty lacking & very corny.  Especially, the juggling act.  Also, stand-up comedy act was not funny.
