my daughter Terry King was the one who set up this cruise with 7 others and her and her husband Robert King got into a car wreak feb,14 it put both of them in the hospital her husband has a broken hip, broken ribs with a hole in his lungs and his nose was broken and half of his nose was cut off so he had to have surgery on his face and hip making it where they had to cancal both of their cruise tickets yall would not even offer them their money back or 2 tickets for another cruise time not only did they loose their car but they also lost their cruise money my daughter and her husband has been on 4 other cruise with carnaval and you people cant have the heart enought to help them out
