Carnival isn't what it used to be.

Sail Date: May 27, 2013

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

The Dining room staff and the cruisers were the best entertainment on the ship. The main shows were repeated and there were only two.

The food was good and the dining staff were great!

It was hard to get out of our cabin due to teenagers blocking the hallways and sitting on the floor of the hallways with their legs extended all the way across, so you had to step over them. I felt this to be a safety issue as the waters were choppy and it was already hard to keep your balance.
Ship Quality
It is one of the older ships and not as modern

Cabin / Stateroom
Much smaller than other balconies we have had
Service and Staff
we didn't see our room steward until the 3 rd day,but then everything was fine

Onboard Activities
enjoyed the teas and some activities
Destinations and Excursions
was unable to do the island tour due to weather, but went to freeport
