Great cruise

Sail Date: July 16, 2012

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

We had a great time.

Pros: Good food\, great staff

Cons: Woefully undersized pool\, not enough drink stations or bathrooms

Recommends Carnival Fascination? Yes!

Ship Quality
Size was fine. Public areas could use more seating. Decor was fine. Accessibility was a bit confusing. We always needed the maps above the elevators. The pool was awfully small. My backyard pool is almost as big. We only spent 10 total minutes in it due to overcrowding. far too small for that many people. We were all VERY disappointed.
Food and Dining
Buffet had good food and changed every day. Great burgers! MDR was obviously better quality wit great desserts and selection. One night we were seated next to foul-mouthed 20-somethings\, and my kids had to hear some F-bombs. Maybe Carnival could seat families near other families?
Cabin / Stateroom
Small room for 4\, but it was just enough. Well laid out. Not small enough for us to pay double for adjoining rooms.
Service and Staff
Staff was nice\, smiling\, attentive and very helpful.
Busy schedule. Good shows\, karoke\, comedy\, trivia...
Children's Programs
Kids loved them. Security was assembled in minutes by the Circle C staff with fliers printed when our daughter got lost and we could'nt find her
