Facination is a great ship!

Great ship with no long lines or large crowds. Staff were exceptionally attentive and courteous. Our room was great, very quiet which provided us some much needed rest. Food was at best average...Carnival seems to have downgraded their food quality to me (especially meat quality). If you want a quick get away at a great price this is a good option. I would like to see Carnival step up their food quality especially for the ships like this one that do not offer a restaurant.

Pros: No crowds, ship very organized!

Cons: only a 5 day was

Recommends Carnival Fascination? Yes!

Food and Dining
Dining room staff were great and the food choices were ok. The beef and seafood quality were at best average (sometimes less). Our Chateaubriand was very fatty and not cooked properly. Carnival used to have much better quality. Filet Mignon is not offered on the regular menu any longer (they want you to pay for it in their restaurants)
Ship Quality
Very clean and well organized. Decor is very nice.
Cabin / Stateroom
Great room and location on the ship. Quiet room, air temp always great.
Service and Staff
Very kind and helpful staff. They called us by name most everywhere on the ship. Very attentive to service and courteous.
