Lots of Kids

Sail Date: April 25, 2011

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

On a ship of just over 2000 passangers, there were over 750 kids under the age of 18. There were plenty of activities for everyone, however the pool and hot tub area seemed to be overwhelmed with kids making it nearly impossible for and adult to relax and enjoy.

Pros: Plent of activities on the ship

Cons: To many kids running around unsupervised

Recommends Carnival Fascination? Yes!

Food and Dining
Burgers and hotdogs were served daily at one of the grills. If "grill" is the theme for this resturant, I wish the would have mixed it up a little with possibly more of the "cookout' style of food. BBQ's, corn on the cobb, BBQ ribs or some sort of grilled chicken. Overall I thought that there was not enough variety in the food selection.

Nassau, Bahamas
Nassau is beautiful. Take some time to take a short tour and learn about some of the country's history. Very interesting and beautiful. Also don't miss the chance to visit the beaches at Alantis. Rent a jet ski or just enjoy a day of relaxing on the beach. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and in my opinion, it is extremly overpriced for the menu selection. $100.00 for 2 teenagers and 2 adults is a little much. Take the time to ask the locals about the best resturants to visit. It will be well worth it
Don't Miss: Taking a tour of the island and learning about their history and seeing the historic sites. Whatever you do...get a cab and let them drive. It's crazy! :)
Key West, Florida
The walking tour is a must. You can pick up a map of the area and choose to do as much or as little as you like and on your time schedule. Key West is beautiful so take the time to get out and see as much as you can.
