Review summary
The ship is old and worn out. Our Balcony/Suite A/C did not work properly. Complained 3 times and was told it was "up to the standards of the ship" if 80 degrees is the standard I'm glad it wasn't the middle of summer! Balcony was too small a real joke. Two people could not sit out without legs and feet dangeling through rail. Billed as a "suite" it was no where near that! The cruise was overbooked and crowded - 2616 passengers. All staff worked hard and tried to make it enjoyable. The dining room staff and food was surprisingly, very good. Will not cruise on Facination again. Need to retire this ship.Ship experiences
