We were two couples traveling together. ALL our luggage was dropped in the ocean when loading on the ship. Everything that was pulled from the water was damaged!! One large case was never recoverd. They tryed to wash and dry our clothes(mostly dry clean only),before we found out what had happened.
They told us it was rain damage. Hair dryers, flat irons,make-up, and books(author signed) ALL DAMAGED AND UN-USEABLE.
No one on the ship was willing to help us. We were told to take it up with corporate upon arrival back to the US.
Corporate will not do anything because we don't have receipts for damaged/lost items. I returnerd home with NOTHING!!
