The food was wonderful in the dining room. Our stateroom was nice, we had an odor problem the first day, like a sewer smell, but the staff came and took care of it immediately. Our waiter was such a nice man. I was traveling with 4 kids and he always made them laugh and made sure they liked their food. The shows were really good. Two shows, one with an 80's theme and the second a Latin theme. There was two comedians on our trip, both were hilarious. 8-11 year olds (3 of them) loved the kids program. They looked forward to going everyday and the 2 girls went to the slumber party nigh (which is an extra cost, but was worth it.) My 16 year old, didn't have as many activites. On our cruise there was a problem with teens drinking. That was the major downside.

Pros: the food!

Cons: the teen program

Recommends Carnival Fascination? Yes!

Cozumel, Mexico
We went to Paradise Beach. The water was very murky. I wouldn't rush to go back. The water at the port was clear and had a better beach, however, it was very rocky!

The Conch Fritters are excellent! We got some at the area where the trolley takes you after you disembark from the ship. The Coach outlet store had a really great sell while we were there.
