This was my second cruise on Carnival. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. Embarkation went very smoothly. No problem there. The overall look of the ship was ok for its age. The food was a big disappointment. The buffet on the Lido deck did not have enough choices. The food on that deck was horrible. The desserts were stale, the pizza was too spicy, and the buffet food was not seasoned and not hot enough. The food in the dining room was ok. The room service attendants did a nice job of keeping the room tidy. The customer service was also horrible. Some of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, while others were down right RUDE! Some of the performance shows lacked taste. The performers looked like a bunch of amateurs. On the last day at sea, there really wasn?t much to do. The Lido deck was closed very early on Sunday so they could get ready for the next cruise on Monday afternoon. It was like they were ending our vacation early. There was no entertainment that day. The ship was like a ghost town on that day. We had to wait close to midnight, before there was really anything to do. This is not a ship that I would recommend to my worst enemy. I won?t knock Carnival, because there is always one bad apple in the bunch, and Fascination just so happens to be that bad apple. I would cruise Carnival again, but not this ship. This ship needs a big improvement in the customer service and food service department.Tonya from FL
