We arrived excited as we had not been alone since our child was born three years ago. The ship was lovely. The food could have better, and the service definitely could have been better. Since they automatically charge their tips to your onboard account they don't feel compelled to work hard for them. Our luggage was stolen from the ship the night we were supposed to set it out by the door. Carnival did very little to help us. They filed a lost luggage claim but would not help us with any expenses. We were heading to the Keys for a couple of days, then on to Orlando after that. We had to purchase clothes out of our vacation money. They were not customer service-oriented at all. I will never go on another Carnival cruise.
