Exceeded our expectations in every way!

Sail Date: May 01, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

This was the first cruise for us and it exceeded all of our expectaions. The food was great and the waitstaff were very friendly and outgoing. The man assigned to our stateroom, Lenny was a magician always leaving our room impeccably clean and tidy even if we had only been out of it for a short time. We met some great people on board the ship and thouroughly enjoyed the experience.

Pros: Ports of call, ship staff

Cons: Pools were smallish and crowded

Recommends Carnival Fascination? Yes!

Entertainment
Plenty to do while on the ship so you will never be bored. From the Casino, to the pools, to Mini-Golf to the Comedians and on board entertainment. There is something for everyone.
Cabin / Stateroom
Not in the room much but they kept it very clean for us at all times. Beds were very comfy.
Food and Dining
Pork Chops, Steak, Lobster exceeded our expectations. Main dinner portions are not that big but with food available 24 hours a day, you can eat as many times as you'd like.
Service and Staff
Always a smile and joke from those on board the ship.
Ship Quality
You could always see people helping to keep the ship clean and safe.
