Wish it was longer!

Sail Date: April 07, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Inside

My only complaint with this cruise was I wish it was longer! Three nights was definitely not enough. We had an interior state room, which is on the small side, but was always very clean and lots of space to store your luggage. We spent so little time in the room that the size didn't matter (although I was there with a friend...if I were there with a significant other or for a longer cruise, I would probably want a better room). The pools were great, with friendly cocktail servers always available. The meals were excellent, and our waiter was very personable. The midnight buffet could be improved a bit...it was very "fast-food" like, but the dining rooms for regular meals could not be beat! A great variety of activities, but the shows could be updated.

Pros: Great meals and servers

Cons: Shows could be updated

If you like designer purses, go to the straw market! Nassau is very much a city...walk around and explore, then get a cab to Atlantis or the beaches on Paradise Island (negotiate your price first, and make sure they have change). Absolutely beautiful! We went on a party cruise for the afternoon, and it was well worth it...a great way to tour around the island and meet new people.
