Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

Overall the service was poor. We think they were either understaffed or poorly distributed. Hey, it was a vaction and we had a blast anyway.

Pros: The boat was clean and the rooms were new.

Cons: The food and the service.

Food and Dining
I was warned that the food wouldn't be great and they were right. Overdone and dry was the order of most everyday, in addition to very small variety, particularly at breakfast.
Ship Quality
The layout was pretty inconvenient. I can't imagine how difficult it was for the elderly or handicapped guests to get around. You couldn't get to every level from the elevators at midship. Very silly.
Entertainment
The activities on ship were adequate. We did some fanatastic off ship excursions and had a blast ATVing in the jungle and on the beach in Mexico and dolphin watching, snorkeling and kayaking in the Keys....We would highly recommend them both.
Service and Staff
We bought the fountain card on the first day thiking we'd get our money's worth. WRONG! Apparently the servers don't appreciate the card as they don't get much of a gratuity for it. We waited sometimes 20 minutes for a soda....Are we kidding? We literally had tell them to serve us with one other person at the bar they avoided the people with the card like the plague...if you only drink booze expect to be catered to!
Cabin / Stateroom
The room steward couln't have been better. They did a fabulous job maintaining our stateroom. It was new afterall.
Calica, Mexico
ATVing was a blast. Also, wish we had more time after our activities to shop. If you want to explore a lot don't book any tours or excursions there won't be enough time.
Don't Miss: HHHmmmmm???
Key West, Florida
Ooops I wrote about that above. I wish we had more time there.
Don't Miss: Snorkeling, kayaking and dolphin watching
