We felt the ship was outdated and dirty in some areas. There were not enough activities set up for the day at sea. It seemed that it was a cruise for gamblers and not families. If you are interested in gambling the whole time and dropping your kids off with their activity planners, then this is the cruiseline for you. We also felt that it was unorganized in the way that you go about checking in and that the communication to the cruisers on the ship was very poor. The food quality was not always up to par. The menu choices were limited and it seemed like they were cutting corners on the quality.
The waitstaff were great and housekeeping for the rooms was excellent. So, those areas were fine, it's just that the other things overshadowed the experience.

Pros: We liked the waitstaff the most.

Cons: We didn't think there were enough activities on the ship. The main attraction was gambling.
