Review summary

Older & noisy ship We heard everything from the anchors docking to every squeak and rattle 2. The main elevators didn't work entire cruise 3. The entertainment was not that good 4. Not really kid friendly, for the guest who brought children along 5. Food was ok 8. Another lady at guest services complained that guy threw her luggage in cabin and broke her handle on suitcase, they actually took her luggage after giving her a really beat up loaner suitcase 9. Auntie shower the water bagged up wouldn't drain out, water going up and down in shower....room steward told her it's ok, older ship happens all the time..... not sanitary to stand in soiled water to shower..ughhh 10... last day no power to make coffee on lido deck at either station... hundreds of people without coffee.... really🤷🏽‍♀️.... Carnival fantasy rates a F+ 6. The first day my cousin got bit by what we believe to be bed bugs,i asked housekeeping to therally clean, they said nothing was found.. 7. Next day i was bit by something....floor Supervisor came to look at room he said same thing, nothing.....i know we are not crazy..... Reported to guest services she sent us to medical... medical dept wanted me to pay$125up front....no maam....i went back to guest services she gave me a pack with band aids and fake neosporin.... omg really... by this time i am furious...i told them once i got home i would go to my dr and send them the bill.. 8. Another lady at guest services complained that guy threw her luggage and broke handle 9. alot of people getting sick could been from the rough ride the boat was really rocking and swaying alot..... carnival fantasy F+ pics below you tell me 🤷🏽‍♀️

Just stay on land, go to a resort. Try something different. Cruising isn't for everyone.

Based on your cruise history and comments, it appears you need to quit taking the cheaper 4-5 day cruises as they tend to be on the older ships. Try a 7 day or longer cruise on a newer ship or move up to Crystal, Symphony or Viking for an experience that may satisfy you.

Ive been on the Fantasy twice and had a great time. It was our favorite out of the fantasy class ships it was the first cruise my kids went on and they loved it probably our best experience with the kids camp was on this ship. No complaints.

I've been on several carnival ships and even a couple older ones. I enjoyed the Elation a lot. I also have the Fascination in the future but I have to agree... the Fantasy was by far my least favorite.

There are some issues here that if I experienced them, I wouldn’t be happy, but would have handled them differently. Other issues, seems like you were hunting for things to be bugged about. Send Carnival your bill? Good luck with that. Finally, not only did you borrow other people’s issues, you felt the need to repeat it. SMH...🙄
