Review summary

The food was not as good as I experienced on previous cruises. We were served baked potatoes that were very under cooked at our formal dining hall. The steak meal (purchased as extra charge) was very over cooked, dry and had no flavor. As a fan of the casino I was very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get drink service and the closer to the end of the cruise the worse it got. The casino was offline for quite some time after leaving port at Cozumel. Our (casino issued) free drink cards were not accepted while the casino was offline. Cleanliness of the restrooms in common areas was bad.

Was the over cooked steak sent back for one cooked to your liking? We’re the several baked potatoes sent back? I’ve never hesitated to politely let the wait staff know that they missed the mark. They were always glad that we said something and they made sure that we got our meal they way we wanted it. My experience is they had rather have the chance to resolve an issue than to have an unhappy cruiser...

All ships casinos are off line until international waters and off course you free drinks card is part of the casino so why would you get free drinks when it's not open ? They have a casino supervisor and team Leaders on every shift all you needed to do was ensure you let them know you where not happy about the service ... same with a cleaning if your not happy say so while on board that's why they have shift supervisors and customer service no point in coming back and your not happy no one wants to know then ...
