We always have and always will cruise with Carnival, they are simply the best due to their customer service.

Embarkation

The embarkation was actually very efficient, we showed up at our scheduled time and less than 45 minutes elapsed between parking the car and boarding the Fantasy. The Mobile port did a great job.

We dined every evening in the Jubilee dining room. The food was fabulous but the wait staff really made the experience rememberable. My daughter has a gluten allergy so the staff went above and and beyond to make sure she was cared for.

Many actives and Benjamin the cruise director was great. The egg drop contest was my favorite.

We started out cruising with Carnival, had some bad experiences, and went away from them for a while. After getting smarter about what ports and what times of year to avoid, we started cruising with them again and enjoying it. They now get about half our business. But one of our original complaints still holds true: We do so wish that Carnival would do a better job of enforcing their own rules, which are by no means too difficult to follow. Some people just need a little “help” but it seems they would rather annoy hundreds of people following the rules rather than confront the one idiot who isn’t.
