Review summary

This was an expensive lesson to learn. I have been on the Dream and had no doubt that if nothing else the ship would be half way decent, but to my shock this ship and everything about it was disgusting. From a huge hair ball in a supposedly clean towel in the bathroom to a huge piece of shell in my scallop that cut my mouth, to being shuffled through the dining room like cattle because they gave my table away, to a very rude server telling me that this is a bar not the kitchen when I asked for a Kahlua and cream, air condition vents full of gunk, mold in the bathroom, food was terrible, every outdoor seating areas were piled up with dirty dishes and no one to clean the areas.

If I could rate this lower I would. The ship is filthy dirty and not just in one area. Dining chairs are disgusting with huge stains. The ship in its entirety is disgusting.

I assume you are the same person as flroberson, same photo, same odd story of a old ran down ship riddled with problems. But oddly your profile has no cruises logged, no pictures of the problems stated & just 1 bad review.

fla33023... there are people who do not enjoy their cruise and then there are those who put bad reviews in order for them to gain attention. This person is an example of a lying, pathetic individual who wants nothing more than attention!

This is the oddest forum I've ever been on. Why do people who have had a bad experience always get accused of lying? Why can't they just have had a bad time? It happens. I'm sorry your cruise wasn't what you expected. We spend a lot of money and should at least receive a clean room!

We just returned from a four day on the Fantasy on Sept 18th and we did not have this experience. I hate that it was so horrible for you. We found the ship to be clean, the staff beyond accommodating and had no issues... in fact returning in December for a quick cruise before Christmas.

Complete BS. First, they do not give your table away. If you chose early dining and you show up to late dining, it is no longer your table. Your whole review is nothing more than a statement from a self absorbed POS who feels the need to lie. Let me guess, you are a millionaire as well.

Sounds similar to my experience on Carnival Pride to Mexico. No Carnival cruise ever again. Actually had our dinner server complaining out loud about how horrible it is working on a cruise ship! Rude employees and terrible embarkation process.
