Place is dated and you're nickel and dimed to death. Would not recommend. It rained one day and you guys even charged for a cheap poncho, come on! Loads of the staff don't speak English well, which doesn't bother me when I travel out of country, but when the cruise originates in the US I expect it. Was constantly overcharged because of miscommunication with the staff. The one exception to our terrible experience was the wait staff in the Jubilee dining room. Angela and Reyes were really nice and attentive. The food on the other hand was just okay. Won't be back on this cruise.

Clean and good size but freezing. Liked Phaynom, our steward.

Ship Tip

Spend a little more on another ship. Probably save money in the long run.
