This was our first cruise, and it was fantastic!  We were so impressed with the staff and how welcoming and helpful they are.  Many even spoke to us by name on a daily basis.  The current was very strong while we were at sea, and that was bothersome, but we were told by others who had been on cruises before that that was not the "norm."  We took a beach excursion in Freeport.  Apparently Freeport is not what it used to be, but the beach there was nice, except that I found the servers and vendors to be rather pushy.  We took another beach excursion to Balmoral Island in Nassau, and it was PERFECT.  I was amazed by the food options onboard the ship; everything was fantastic.  We came away saying, "When we do this again, we should..."

The steward and staff that service the cabins are excellent. FYI - when you're taking a shower, water gets EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. Don't leave anything on the floor that you don't want to get wet.
