The cruise was very good but the goodness was taken away by the disembarkation process. Since my wife is disabled we wished to use the wheelchair option when leaving  the ship when we returned to Charleston. The ship did not allocate enough people to push wheelchairs so we could get off in a timely fashion. There were several disabled people waiting and only two crew members were available to move people off the ship which meant  we sat and waited for more than one and one-half hours to get off the ship. The closest restroom was up one deck and a fair walk after the climb up to the deck above.  The whole process seemed to be disorganized and not customer friendly.  Additionally, the entertainment was very difficult to hear to many people and not enough room for them all. The food is great and the service was tremendous.

Cabin / Stateroom
Cabin steward was great and the facilities were fine.

Need to skip the evening meal to get a seat for the entertainment.
