The staterooms and bathrooms definitely need an update. Because it's a small ship, you feel more rocking than the larger ships. We heard everything on the ship in our stateroom. VERY NOISY. I'm used to cruises with nightly shows immediately following dinner. There were only 2 for the week and they were 1 to 2 hours after the 6 pm dinner seating. On the off nights, there wasn't much to do. The decks were so crowded on the "at sea" days, there was barely room to walk. Not enough lounge chairs, not enough outdoor seating in general.
On the plus side, the staff was delightful. Ports of call in Freeport and Nassau were great.

Time for an update.

Pros: Ports of call. Fantasy staff great.

Cons: Only 2 shows for 5 nights. Food was mediocre. Not enough lounge chairs.

Recommends Carnival Fantasy? No.
