Overall Disappointment

Sail Date: December 24, 2011

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Too small for the 2500 passengers they pack in-imagine a small ship with 1000 children???of the 2500, 1000 were children...

Pros: Entertainment was Great

Cons: Carnival seeked opportunities to separate you from your money-Beer=$7.10!

Recommends Carnival Fantasy? No.

Food and Dining
better plan on waiting in line to eat-long lines...
Service and Staff
Staff had a forced, rehearsed friendliness-the only salary they receive is from your tips...
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
too small, but that's to be expected for a small ship...
Entertainment
shows are well worth attending-with the exception of a singer from new orleans who embarrassed a young girl by bringing her on stage for not smiling or clapping while he performed...
