Cruise Review

Sail Date: July 23, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/young children

Room Type: Inside

Very disappointe in this cruise and the professionalism that went along with it. I did unfortunately have to meet with the ship physician and nursing staff due to a sick family member and they were wonderful!

Pros: Being with my family and friends.

Cons: Customer service was a real let down on this cruise.

Recommends Carnival Fantasy? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
Sheets were never changed the whole trip. One of our blankets were soiled on the second night and we never received another one.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Very dissapointed with the service from waitstaff.
Service and Staff
This ship was the worse for customer service. This was my 5th cruise and this was by far the worst. We had a group of 10 with 5 of those being kids and 2 being handicapped individuals and the staff insisted on separating us consistantly instead of keeping our group together. This was the first time this has ever happened and it was very frustrating.
Entertainment
Children's Programs
Nassau, Bahamas

Don't Miss: Senor Frogs
Freeport, Grand Bahama Island
Key West, Florida
I love Key West. We did the catamaran and snorkeling adventure and that was great!!
