The Fantasy was absolutely perfect, esp for a first cruise. It offered lots of options for dining (all fabulous, even the buffets) and entertainment, without being overwhelming. The Serenity Adults only area was great for relaxing and chatting with other guests. The service was amazing.. unbelievable.

Pros: the fabulous service everywhere on the ship (how they remember our names is a mystery!), cleanliness and general luxury aura of the ship, food was terrific- absolutely no complaints

Cons: would have liked earlier options for club/lounge dancing.. we had the early seating for dinner and when we finished (~8PM) we had to wait til 10:30 or so for dancing and clubs to get lively.. by then we had lost our steam!

Recommends Carnival Fantasy? Yes!
