Good cruise, Great Price

Sail Date: September 01, 2009

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

After all, for $250 for 5 days this cruise was priced right. But, I guess you get what you pay for. As with other Carnival cruises we have taken, there is a lack of things to do during the day, unless you like to gamble. While the food was good, the variety was not there nor were there any "Wow" meals. The staff was friendly but again, not as friendly as on other cruises we have taken.
As noted, the ship was very well maintained, even if older.
So if you are just looking to take a cruise to get away, you can't go wrong.

Pros: The price was low, the ship was clean

Cons: Food was fair, entertainment lacking

Recommends Carnival Fantasy? Yes!
