My husband and I celebrated our 5thanniversary with a 3-day Fantasy cruise 7/20/00. We had so much fun that we can't wait to doit again. There are lots of activities andentertainment aboard the ship for everyone(a talent show, art auction, various contests, and broadway shows). All are great! Hereare 10 tidbits for other 1st timers:1) Embarking may take an hour, so arrive early2) Debarking may take 2 hours, so plan to leavelate3) You have to use the ship's "sail & sign"card (which requires a $300 credit or $150cash deposit) for all purchases on board4) Bring cash for tipping which is done thelast night (tips per person for a 3 day cruise:cabin steward=$10.50; waiter=$10.50; asstwaiter=$6; matre'd & head waiter=optional) 5) The Universe Lounge (where shows areperformed) is very chilly, so bring a sweater6)Bring your own sodas and bottled water -there is a charge for the one's on the ship7) There is a topless section on the sundeck,so beware8) Rooms are spacious, but the safein the room is very tiny9) For dinner, you can order as many entreesand appetizers you want - so eat up! Also, you don't have to dress up - just no shorts, tennis shoes, or swimwear10) Every morning you will find a schedule ofthe day's activities under your door and everynight you will find a chocolate mint on yourpillow, so Relax and Have Fun!!
