We had a great time on our cruise and do plan to book another within the next year. The cleanliness of the ship and staterooms was remarkable. The service team were the best. The food was fair most of it was foreign food and my kids (3 & 6) did not care for it. But luckily there was the 24 hour pizzeria, which they loved. We traveled to Cozumel, Mexico and the pro was the water was the most beautiful water I have ever seen. The cons were the people are not very friendly and will rip you off every chance they get. Don't plan to spend a lot of time in this town, especially with little kids. It doesn't appear to be extremely safe for kids. But overall for adults, it would be a good port to visit. The only thing I can say that would make the trip better is if carnival would warm their pools so the kids could enjoy the pool because without that the hot tub is literally overflowing with kids. Overall good trip for my family.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We were assigned an 8:15 dining time snd with young children this was not a possibility so we dined in the general dining room in the Lido deck which was average. Most food was foreign and not very tasty but the pizzeria is always a good choice and they have "the grill" which operates between 12 and 6 that has burgers fries chicken fingers etc.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Something for everyone.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
They will help in any way they can. They are great fast and efficient.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
It only gets a good rating because of the cold swimming pools and overcrowded patio pool area. Not enough room for everyone.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

Pros: Cleanliness of the ship

Cons: Cold water in the pool
