We recently sailed on the Carnival Fantasy. The ship itself is in good condition and has a nice layout. However, there is only 1 pool on the ship but there are three small water slides, so if you are taking kids, they will love it.

Food and Dining

The food itself was fine but the dining staff and bartenders are not friendly. Their tip is included in every drink you order so they are never in a hurry to get you anything. Since they already know their tip is 15% (you don't have a choice, it is put on your bill with every drink or soda you order) there seems to be no real customer service. I have taken about 5 cruises and this is the first one where the staff was not tripping over their selves for good strong customer service.
