Shore Excursions / Guest Services on Carnival Fantasy

did not go on a excursion but guest services was very helpful

I was at guest service almost everyday and one of the ladies waited on me she was so sweet

staff was awesome, but the guest service station was constant long line, needs more stations.

we were very disappointed when the beach was covered in seaweed and the water. we returned to our ship and layed by the pool.
