I have to say being my 2nd Carnival Cruise I was highly disappointed in the shows and the performers. Out of all of them only 1 could they really hit those notes. In my opinion they are fabulous dancers. However it seems like they were hired for that and someone said oh by the way I also need you to sing. One night however they all had to sing in a lower key and they were like a different group of people then. I say stick with what your entertainers are better at and not make them sing higher. We also loved the Hasbro game night, Love and Marriage Show and the Quest! So much fun!
Service and Staff

The staff is absolutely fantastic. Our room steward Nia was amazing. She is so sweet. It was her birthday while on board and we had to celebrate her!!! She is such a joy to have around and always remembered all of our names. The first night we had Percival and he was fabulous. We wanted him the 2nd night for dinner but was told it would have been a hour wait so we took whomever. We ended up with Rufino and his team and we requested them every night since! He even said hello to us by name when he found us in the Buffet area late at night. Just saying our names makes everything so personal. We also loved Dave one of the Fun Squad people. He was always happy when you would see him and he was a great host for the Quest. I mean hilarious, I laughed so hard my head hurt. We also adored Chris the Cruise Director. We love him so much we almost want to find out where he will be next. He was everywhere and always so friendly. I wonder when he rested. He made the cruise a blast! Also last but not least Kuda with the Shore Excursion team!!! OMG he was amazing and always there for us!!! He became our BFF and someone I hated to leave!

Everything was always clean!! I hate how people leave stuff outside their doors, is that what you are supposed to do? Not the ships fault, but man were they on it.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size was huge!!! I felt like we honestly could have comfortable slept 2 more people in there. It was comfortable as well. Plenty of room and storage. There were 4 of us ladies and man we all had plenty of space to put our stuff! It was perfect! It was clean mostly however I must say I think some areas are often unseen such as the rim around the sink.... I am not sure how we even found that out, one of the ladies in the room looked.

Plan early for food as all the food options are in one spot and bundled in one room.
Well our first excursion was cancelled so we were highly disappointed. Then we finally booked another and when we thought it was a City Tour it was an off the beaten path tour of what I feel like was the worst part of the city. It was not what we expected. We actually waited a hour for the excursion to come because Carnival overbooked and the company had to call someone in. Now I will say that it was made up to us and Carnival went above and beyond to make us feel better.
I feel like Amber Cove was a bit messy and not so smooth.
It was fabulous. We ended up doing a last minute addition tour which was a Tram City Tour and we had a blast!! The driver was fabulous.... the stops on the tour were fabulous. We took a ton of photos!
