Review summary

The cruise was a great time! Very little to complain about. The elation is a bit outdated, but who cares? It's vacation. If I was going to nit pick, I would say the dining staff should be more strict on dress code for dinners. They let people in wearing tank tops and hats, which, in my opinion is inappropriate for a nice cruise dinner. Snorkeling in Nassau is a must!

Ship tip

Snorkel in Nassau. If you plan on ordering more than 5 alcoholic drinks per day, buy the Cheers! program. You'll end up saving money in the end.

I guess you never seen a dressy tank top. Ya know the kind women wear with Jewelry to go eat out, yes they do make such a thing. I do own a few. And you wear them with skirts, dress pants, jeans etc. not everyone likes dressing in gowns and heels! And it's not "bad taste" I know I can't wear heels so I wear flats and I don't necessarily like over the top gowns JUST for a dinner.

Dressy tank top? That reminds me of my friend "Captain Jack," who's ALWAYS on Carnival (and refuses to go aboard any cruise line) and wears a BLACK t-shirt and jeans the one night he goes "formal." Disgusting. Yeah, you can "dress up" a tank or a t-shirt with accessories, but a nice leather belt on shorts are still shorts. It's wrong and bad taste in the MDR.

Well I don't say anything for the tank tops because as a female I have dressy tank tops. I have normal everyday and the dressy kind for dinners etc. so for a female to wear a dressy tank top I wouldn't say anything. Is what I meant lol. Should've been more specific on that.

Me, tank tops are disrespectful to everyone else during a nice dinner whose dress code specifically says "cruise casual" no shorts or tank tops. Not to be a stickler, but respect yourself, your family or S.O., and your fellow cruisers.

I wouldn't say anything about the tank tops, but the hats I think shouldn't be allowed. I grew up, when you go to eat dinner, breakfast whatever, you take your hat off and put it on after you walk out of the dining room.
