Below average cruise

Sail Date: May 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

This ship was very old and outdated. It had clear evidence of wear and tear. The food was okay\, nothing great. Being from New Orleans we are used to great food and just did not have it on this ship.

Pros: Tiffany's buffet

Cons: The room

Recommends Carnival Elation? No.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Cabin / Stateroom
The layout of the room was poor.
Service and Staff
Entertainment
All of the entertainment began at or around 11 pm. We chose the early dining hoping for early shows\, but there were none.
